BetBoom did exactly what I expected from them. They comfortably dispatched SINNERS before edging out BIG in a much tougher test, proving they can win both dominant and scrappy games.

Nemesis deserve a lot of credit for reaching 2-0 after upsetting Luminosity and B8, but this feels like a completely different challenge. They’ve looked well-drilled as a team, yet they haven’t faced a roster with BetBoom’s combination of firepower and momentum.

The switch to a best-of-three also favors BetBoom. Over a single map, Nemesis have enough individual talent to keep things competitive, but winning two maps against one of the hottest teams outside the elite is another story entirely. As long as BetBoom play anywhere close to their usual level, they should be the team to lock in a playoff spot in three.
